Walk through all the details with the wedding couple
Final 25% payment due to Ohana Gatherings

Optional “DIY” items are organized, labeled, finalized, and delivered to O.G by wedding couple
Create and distribute timeline and floor plan of ceremony and/or reception to wedding couple and all vendors
Confirm Special Event insurance purchased by bride and groom
Confirm marriage license
Send vendor COIs and Special Event Insurance to required vendors
Two Weeks Prior to Wedding Day
Confirm optional gratuities for vendors
Confirm and approve timeline and floor plan with the wedding couple
Send out time line and floor plan to all vendors
One Week Prior to Wedding Day
Check in with bride and groom
Confirm contact pick up person(s) for return of DIY items, wedding dress (if necessary), marriage license at end of the night.

One (1) planner on your wedding day and one (1) additional assistant
Follow and execute schedule and timeline for ceremony and reception provided by bride and groom
Coordinate and cue bridal party processional and recessional for ceremony according to timeline provided by couple
Secure proper signatures on marriage license (license provided by wedding couple) and collected by designated person
Point of contact day for load in and load out of vendors
Tend to bridal party and guests needs
Manage couples entrance, dances, toasts, and dinner service for reception
Collect any personal items to be returned to you after the wedding and ensure they are taken to the correct location or designated person (at the end of reception).
Ensure your gifts are secure and collected by the designated person
Distribute gratuities to vendors if applicable
Oversee entire breakdown of reception and check out of all vendors
